    Morning all.

    T - I'm sorry that the postcard idea didn't work. That seemed like a really good idea. I guess you've put your card in every supermarket, home improvement place around. In my area, there is usually a place to post cards.

    Ruby - Glad that you're feeling better.

    Sun & Mama - Yep....I'm terrified to take the Antabuse too. But, I need to do this. Give me some absolutely AF time to work on my other issues. I'm seeing the therapist right now and trying to get better. I need to do this.

                  Good Morning everyone - loved the pic Tone!! Rog I am so sorry things are going so badly for you. you are trying SO hard to get work. I really feel for you. Must be so difficult for you. It makes us feel so helpless as friends too - I wish there was something I could do, or come up with a brilliant idea for you.

                  Jan - the only days I stay up late are when I do the closing shift - I don't get in from work until around 10.30 - 10.45 then it takes at least an hour or two for me to unwind enough to go to bed. Last night I ended up reading and finishing my book - got to sleep at 2.00. WAY too late. Spoils today! I have a dental appt in 50 mins too.

                  Nora - hi to you - good morning!! Hope your day is going well. Any idea when you will get your Ant?

                  Ruby - I forgot to say - I loved the pics that you posted - your family are so beautiful! I hope that you are feeling a bit better today and not as stressed? getting ready for the cabin - enjoy!!

                  I need to go and get me a cup of coffee or soda or something. Will be around today - after the dentist - which is not going to be a bad appointment! Bye for now,

                    ok i need some help ... from anyone with a very crertive way to persent going green and adding solar water heating and pool sytems to my web site ... anyone interested coming up with a persentation

                      Just CANNOT force myself to go to town. I'll HAVE to do it tomorrow, no matter what. You have to understand, when you live at the edge of civilization (and reason!) it's a major undertaking getting out of the house! Still have tons of things to catch up here. The more I do, the more I find to do. Oh, well, I'm happy no matter what.

                                Maybe solar power. Also try explaining to people that their old homes are'nt very energy efficent. ( Think about going into applience sales as part of your work. Freeges, washing machines.....Hotwater heaters. etc. ( Up grades for more energy eff. ) Tony
