          Morning All!
STILL feckin sore today but I'm going into work.
Just back from my daughter's new house fixing her washing machine and working out her central heating timer. It's a cracking house. The kids are all excited with their new rooms which was lovely to watch. The eldest kicked her brother out hers. "...and stay out of my room!!" They grow so quickly

When the daughter was about two I took her into the bank where I used to work. She looked all cute until she managed to projectile chunder about 3 yards in front of customers and my old staff mates. I couldn't understand how a little body could carry so much.
Isn't it lovely that we can wake up without a hangover and talk puke without gagging.
Hiya JC and Zeps and to any others who have dropped by lately.
Jackie, when older son was about 3, I was shopping with him at a local mall. I was pushing him in his cart and had just ran into a girl that I'd gone to school with and had been quite good friends with. We had lost touch after high school so we stopped to have a wee chat. Suddenly my little guy leaned over the side of the cart and puked bright pink puke not more than 6 inches from her foot. I'd given him a bag of these to eat and he'd gobbled them down. Way too sweet for his little tummy. Last time I ever bought them.

It is scary when kids are sick like that, they can go downhill so rapidly.
Glad to hear Ava's feeling better. As you know, she needs lots of liquid to replace what she lost vomiting. If she can't keep water down, try a little chamomile tea with a little sugar in it. Or maybe some warm chicken broth. My grandmother used to make us "milk toast". I wasn't really nice to eat but it did calm our tummy and it stayed down. She'd just make some plain toast and pour warm milk over it with a sprinkle of sugar.:l

and they have enough room for the next one as well.
Her kitchen's four times the size of mine, but then she's got nearly four times the people to feed.

It's just a tip I picked up from the doctor rather than spending a fortune on the stuff you get from shops. Tastes crap, mind.

                      Yoo hoo Opes, Pops

Hiya Opal and Pops. Good to see you.

Oney, Jackie's right about the coca-cola. I just remembered when I was her post. My SIL told me once it helps stop the vomiting. No idea why....
