I just read about Zeppies break up. Zepps darling, Im so sorry. That kind of heartache is the worst in the world.
In the past you said you would have gotten shit faced and not worried and this time you are crying. Thats a good thing lovie, althouth it doesnt feel that way right now. We are meant to feel feelings no matter how painful they are...

Took a diazapam last night and fell asleep at half seven, must have needed it and feel more human today thankfully.

On a training course today, hope its not too boring
