    I am not going to drink today.

    I will hang around by myself tonight and not drink or go out, too much temptation, plus I dont want that nasty hangover tommrow..Bunch of great people to talk to on here anyway..

        I'm not drinking today!!! Day 1 again but these drinking days are becoming few and far between. I believe I'm at the end.

            Not drinking today. 7th day straight, feels good.
            I need to learn to find ways of resolving my issues without using alcohol, it?s only a comfort and distraction for the moment, in the long run it only makes things worse.

                Today should be easy (hah!) for me: no triggers. So after 7pm it'll be one hour at a time, busy stuff and a check with the boards! Strength to us all :h

                    Be strong Juja and Mtnmoma - you CAN do it - if I can - trust me - anyone can!! get a plan - work it out - and stick to it. That is what I did...... Hugs to you

                            I am not going to drink today.

                            No drinking for me today. Going to try by hardest to stick to it. Hubby is off work today for 10 days. This usually means a big "relaxation" night. I'll check back in this evening.

                              I am not going to drink today because AL and me don't mix.
                              I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                              Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                              Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                                Not drinking today. Drinking lots of lemon tea. Have the flu. Booze looks even more atrocious this evening.
