    Jan - I laughed and laughed and laughed! I hurt my tummy laughing! sometimes I quite wonder about me!!!!! Thank you for explaining !!!!!

        nora....no offense please...but my granny adelyn always said "old age ain't for sissies"
        and she was right ,darn it all. I am going to the doc tomorrow too to check on all my meds and I hope my new/old insurance covers it...i called today and it's still good....
        i pm'd grateful and she responded with a big sweet thanks
        oh yeah...the darn lawyer never called me back, so i'll start that search again tomorrow

          Sunny, I DO remember a complete stop date. I'm hoping I'm right, because if I'm right, I'll be behind you and pushing.

          You, as so many I come across, but you especially, don't know how wonderful you are, in your own and others lives. I'm here WAY too much, but if I miss hearing from you, I'm disappointed.

            Hi there - after my tummy easing up from hurting from laughing (I am SO naive). Vicki - I agree with the others - you HAVE to tell your family to STOP bringing Al to the house! they have to respect how hard it is for you. It isn't fair!! It is your health that is at stake here and must acknowledge that. And if they cannot go a weekend without AL - well, maybe they need to join MWO !!!!

            Ruby - all that it was is that I am determined to quit on the 6th November and need support, that is all - no biggie. And I am no more giving than anyone else here - I think we are all such a wonderful family group - I feel so - DANG Topa - can't think of the word - special isn't the word I want but it will have to do - to be part of this family! But so few of you had commented on it and I had posted a while ago and no-one had mentioned it so I decided to mention it AGAIN seeing as it was coming up....... and I am getting sort of nervous about it.

            Topsy - LOVE the idea of chocolate soup - YUM.

            Nora - still haven't sent the No-Tuna recipe - (hang my head in shame - sorry). as for protein - I eat Tofurky (get it at Wholefoods - really easy quick high protein eat), hard boiled egg, brazil nuts, dark chocolate almonds, cold baked beans (love those), smoothie with soy protein, ummmm, what else can't think off hand - I tend to eat the same things all the time - love my food but eat very simply. One of these days will e-mail you a couple of days of my 'what I have eaten'!!! I really will send you the No-Tuna recipe - promise!!

            Ruby - I laughed at you thinking about me when you have the humming bird feeder in mind - at work they bought me a flagstone with hummingbirds on it! Funny ha ha ha bonk (me laughing my head off). They love me really!!

                Oh - in the time it took me to write that Jan and ruby had posted! So thanks Ruby, and also Jan - although I think a picture would have been WAY too much information!!!!!!! LOL You have got me giggling again!!!!!! I really cannot believe I didn't get that!!!!! I am Not THAT blonde -REALLY!!!!! How funny.

                Jan - Grateful and I have been e-mailing and she is going through a fair bit right now - I so feel for her - she and I SO look alike, I can't believe it so I think we feel alike too! I waffle to her and she doesn't mind (LOL) but I also believe that we aren't sent more than we can handle (I suppose that applies to you as well although you might find that hard to believe right now) but she is hanging in there. I send lots of love and hugs to both of you. Wish I could do more.

                        Well Family~~lots going on-whew! Vicki-what Ruby, MB and Nora said! Bit of my life for you--my ex tried to tempt me in the end. We both lost--all lost! I moved out to get my life back(I had been pretty much dry for 4yrs.) It's much more complicated in the end but you need to do this for you! more emoticons!!
                        Grateful-please post -- share your burdens like your life depends on it please--this place is busy sometimes but the jammers love you and want to be there!
                        Nora~skip the beans and get some real protein..maybe aunty isn't for you right now...not ostrasizing it but always a but lol just cut the sugar out real and artificial support your adrenals and thyroid and you'll be fine...and then invite Aunty for another visit..email me dear heart..
                        Dear Suni~I wish you success in your journey! I often think I'm a hinderance on the AL front. Good suggestions on the protein intake! xo

                          MB, Dexter is one of the strangest shows I've ever seen because you end up rooting for the bad guy (and he is very bad).

                          My life is very strange but kinda cool. Here's a pic of my son (HUGE offensive warning here for anyone of a religious nature, or anyone else):

                          I should mention here that his first name is "Christian." He still has the teddy bear that he got for Christmas one year, and he named it after his favorite uncle, my brother. I think he actually wanted a Care Bear that year, but we could neither afford one nor find one.

                          Now he's a firefighter/hotel manager, who wears bizarre and offensive T-shirts while training for firefighting. I always wonder what life is going to present next - I don't have imagination enough to think up the stuff that life hands me!

                          I'm going back to Dexter now. Hope everyone has a good night.

                            Tracy, he sure is a cutie. My 18 year old just started the fire academy. And I just lurve offensive t-shirts, but I won't wear them! Too chicken.
                            Maybe i will go to Blockbuster and rent the series "Dexter". I don't think it is included in my cable package.
                            Nora...no you don't complain to much sweetie....I was just making a comment. I think I have been doing most of the complaining lately.

                                Good morning everyone I know I have not been around much but I am doing well and very busy on the road all day and taking care of the kids, cooking and making lunches. have been on and off the wagon need to focas on that more and I will. Have a great day
