Brigitte Bardot;994010 wrote: Hi Stirly! It does doesn't it? LOL, I just hope is goes the way I'm planning it to be. How was your weekend? It was rather quiet to be honest. Mr. Stirly had a bad bout with irregular heart beats on Friday afternoon so we ended up at the hospital for over 3 hours while they ran some more tests on him. Had a lesser bout on Saturday afternoon as well so we just took it easy. Did a fair amount of walking which does us good especially since we live in a town on the sea. Fresh sea air and all of that.

Saw your post about having a rant with your Dad yesterday. Ooooooooh I love a good rant. I always give Mr JC a 10 minute warning that I'm about to go off on one. Then have a shouty ranty bout. Then draw breath and he just says 'better now'. I had a month long one about the wheelie bins (don't ask)
A month-long rant about wheelie bins? Common, fess up. What was that all about??

Where are the other kids - in school? Thought it was a holiday there today. You earlier mentioned All Saints' Day....

Aww Stirls, you and Mr Stirls are having a rough trot at the mo:l

Actually the wheelie bin saga went on for months, not just me the neighbours as well.
First we were told to leave all our bins at the end of the street, then just outside the house. Then we got a fecking big blue one for recycling stuff. Then the bloke up the road got a warning for putting a small branch in the wrong bin. Then the lady up the road who has Arther Ritus and can't get her bin from the back to the front. Then I scraped the our car trying to get the fecking thing back in the garden...........you get the picture.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

He's okay but this irregular heartbeat situation has got him upset. When he's sitting very quietly or lying in bed, he can hear his heart beat and tell whether it's irregular or not and that's got him worried. The put him on new medication for it after his heart attack but it didn't seem to be working so as of Friday, he's back on the old medication hoping that within a few days things will straighten out. Just on his mind all the time and gets him down.

Oh, you don't need to give Jan ideas. She's got enough of her own as you can see...

Hope you all have lovely walks.

Yep. Our regular garbage bins are on one side of the street on day and on the other the next. No one wants them in front of their building so they keep moving them around. There are no warning given here if you put something in the wrong bin because there are only 3 recycling bins on our part of the street so no one knows who put what where. But it really makes me angry when I see the recycling bin that is for multiple things - glass, metal, paper and plastic get filled with branches by someone who trimmed their shrubs. Makes me want to scream. Or when I see whole bags of recyclable stuff in the regular bin that is for regular garbage. They couldn't be arsed putting them in a separate bag and walking the five metres across the street to throw them in the recycling bin. Gets my dander up. Okay, rant over.

I'm :H about the things that can get our backs up. I really should be getting hot under the collar about the state of the country, pesticides on food, global warming and I really can't stand fecking big fat ugly wheelie bins.

Rightio orff to do something vaguely important.

Oooooooh I forgot, people who have the tags showing out of the backs of their clothes drive me insane.AAAAaaaaaaaargh.
