LOL Chilli.
I picked up a black fold up brolly when home and hadnt used it but it was raining last week and I lent it to one of the girls. It was only then when we realised it had white winnies printed on it Do I care? Not a jot, I am well used to looking stupid, have had years of practice.

Well, I had enough of Kung Fu. A great work-out but really sore on my already dodgy knees and was taking all the pleasure from my running so I bid them farewell and joined a yoga class.
Brilliant!
Not be long now and I really will be able to kiss my ass goodbye......or maybe not.

I'm still in relatively good nick but I can feel the odd tightening here and there. My dad said that when he hit 50 everything just started to fail. He still works hard at keeping healthy and mobile and it shows. I'm not bothered about getting older, I'm enjoying it actually; not that I'm old - just facing that direction.
Porridge boiled in full-fat milk with raisins and a little acacia honey. My old Ma must be spinning in her grave. She always insisted on giving us a salty version. Fecking horrible!!
