Stirly put up a very cute graphic in the roos thread for Bridge's cat. Very cool and what a story about the cat. I need some help understanding something. "CURRY" When folks on this thread aren't having a chipper they're having curry. What's up with all the curry?. I have a curry chicken dish in a chinese restaurant about once a year if that. How can you people have so much curry? I just know I'm missing something!!!

Techie our curries are our national dish over here and it's not like what you know as chicken curry from the Chinese, ours are Indian cuisine and there are about a dozen different flavors of chicken curry and all different strengths, it's hard to describe but totally different from what you get in the States. When you come over for the met up you need to try a proper British curry.
