How are you doing with those, Chill? Is it something you're familiar with or something you're learning now, on the job? Did you ever master Excel? I was working with it for a few hours today. Just the basic stuff. Older son, the computer expert, taught me a few years ago. Just wondered how you're doing...

Yes chill very helpful, i missed 3 weeks in october,and found that i missed the release valve & the help i am getting there,some day i will tell all,but not yet. If you get a good councillor imo there invaluable.
