She's also shorter than me and sometimes gets up me nose so practically perfect in every way.

Anyhoo how are your drivers doing in this weather. It's gone from being a nuisance to be scary.

For the first 3 days we told them not to even attempt to get in because it wasn't safe and told them that they would be paid in full!!! Last night we asked them to come it today at 9am instead of the usual 6am and clear the road that the yard is on and grit and generally make safe ........... the first one told my dad that he is a HGV driver not a labourer, to which my dad replied OK there is no job for a driver tomorrow so don't bother coming in ........... but we can't pay you because we have offered you alternative work!!!! Now we are the worst company ever to work for!!!

Did you see the midwife that got to work on a tractor. If she'd said sod it what would have happened there. You've just got to pull your sleeves up and work together even if it's just making the tea.

It might have just been up here. We have a tiny maternity hospital in Hexham where all the farmers wives have there babies so it's vital.

Thundercats, I used to bless the person that produced them every time they were on 15 minutes of peace and quiet with a 2 and 3 year old.

Mind you for some reason when the daughter was about 18 months old used to be glued to indoor lawn bowling and would sit for ages mesmerized.
