I was a lurker for about two weeks before I took the plunge and posted. SInce then at around 12 posts on average per day, I'.m sure that some would like to tell me to 'SHUT THE HELL UP':H Seriously though if there is anyone lurking please, please take a deep breath and posts. You dont have to write a best seller, just introduce yourself and then off you go. I have to say that being an active member of MWO has without a doubt saved my life. I have tried everything over the past ten years to stop the self-destruction. Rehab twice (kicked out for drinking - even the Salvos couldnt put up with me), hospital admisssions for poisoning countless numbers; drink driving and losing my licence for 2.5years; Medication; cognitive therapy; Rational Emotive Therapy; Psych Ward for 2 weeks; Police cells. This site and the wonderful support that I have received has saved my life and I will be eternally grateful.

Hi Guys, just 'lurking' around tonight as oppossed to drinking. Always so many interesting posts here.
I have lurked here for about two years looking in once every few months or so, but finally decided to start posting when I decided to really stop drinking.

Great to see so many ideas and so much success.
