                        I haven't been hiding, I'z been lying in bed waiting for the house to warm through.

                        Going back to the docs on Thursday cos me blessed shoulder isn't getting any better. Starting to look like a frozen shoulder and it's killing me. So before I goggle myself to me death bed thought I'd go back and get a quick poke and a prescription.
                        It could be worse, I could be filing.

                          Good morning, I was up way before the sun came up--but did not dare go on the computer. It has a funny way of making me run late:H. Like I get on here and then can't get off-and then look at the time...OH SHITE! And then I'm running around like a madwoman to get out the door. So though I glanced longingly at the computer-I kept it shut until I got back from taking the kids to school! Home now and thinking about what I need to do today (the list is long!). More coffee is on order! Then to the attack! expat xxx

                            Sorry to hear your shoulder is still bothering you Jackie. I thought it would have been back to normal by now. Looks like you defo need to see the doctor. Have you been using anything like Voltaren on it? That might help. Many people swear by it...
