    Good Morning All - couldn't sleep past 4:00 am this morning - in a panic about going back to regular life apparently! Oh well. Hope everyone has a great day.

    Pops - so sorry for your loss.

        Hope you're doing well this Monday - I'm soon off out for a run but thought I would drop in and say yooohooo!

          Afternoon english writer,wagoneer,jackie c.

          Back from cycle, feeling good with myself,

          haven't had one piece of chocolate or biscuit since 30th dec,
          thats last year :-)Plan is not to have any for 1 month and then try moderate my intake,Now if that doesn't take the biscuit i dont know what is.

            Sorry to hear about your uncle, Pops.

            Excellent stuff, Waggie - congrats on your AF days!

            Hello to the rest of the Army. I got most of my errands done. So now I must just do our grocery shopping tomorrow morning, fetch the trailer tomorrow afternoon and pack. We're leaving at 5.00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

                a quick pop in to say GOOD MORNING.... yep ive just ot up.. think my body clock has got stuck in holiday mode. set my alarm for 9am.... ha ha that just wasnt going to happen. be time for a nap soon
