Thanks everyone and a big thank you Catch for your text message the other day too.
As you remarked, YES I don't spend as much time here these days. My time and energy is focused on working with addicts at a creative arts project in Liverpool these days. The rewards of seeing people step outside their comfort zones and take healthy risks is beyond words sometimes. It's amazing how it helps me too. To quote Gandhi "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." Amen to that!
