Biz, first, please let me give my humblest apologies for seeming to gloss over your trouble with a frivolous post. My laptop does not always show the most recent posts. Thank GOD, they are safe. I can only imagine how you felt before you actually saw them, but what a wonderful job your son did, taking charge. I know you are SO proud of him. Cuddle and soothe your wife today, that will help more than anything.
Swannie, sugar, you know you are safe here. Sometimes when people aren't that familiar with us, they can say things without realizing the background, or how their words hurt. Yes, as I said last night abgout Japan, there but for the grace of God. But as I've told you before, the size of a problem depends on how close your standing to it. A problem is a problem. Japan is a family of man tragedy. But inside that are personal ones. Yours is a personal one, too. So don't worry about having anything wise, witty, uplifting to say, just come and tell us you're still here, and your still trying. That's enough.

Hi all - back from my nap. Biz - so thankful your wife and son weren't hurt - cars can always be fixed/replaced can't they? You must have been so relieved so find them safe.

Dear swannie - so sorry about the chat incident - as Ruby said, they have no idea what is going on with you and probably just said it without thinking. As for not being on 'cos you have nothing upbeat to say - most of my posts are just waffle! Nothing earth shattering so have no worries about what you say not being upbeat or whatever - but we would love to see you here and when you are, you have a delightful sense of humour even though you may not feel like it at times. We all are thrilled when you do pop in!

Ruby, I created that same problem! My spoiled little girl follows me everywhere I go and lets me know when she is ready for us to go to bed, stands by the refrigerator when she wants milk. I actually understand her more than hubs! :H
Biz, I am so thankful your son and your wife weren't hurt. I know it is very upseting to be involved in an accident. How are you doing? We wish you would pop in more often.
Swan, don't feel alone. We honestly love you and care about you, so stay more in touch with us. You don't have to be encouraging or upbeat. Let us encourage you! I'm so sorry about what happened in chat. I rarely go in there for that reason. I feel safe here in our little family and you should, too.
RC, Bird and Ruby, thank you for the advice. I am so very afraid I am not going to be able to type soon because of my hands. I'll have to get a voice activated computer! :H RC, we have a 25' well and we have had our water tested and it is VERY acidic, so I'm sure that is the problem, but I will get the strips and check it. (strips at the pharmacy?)
Where is our friend, Trucker? Don't you give up the fight, friend! Even if you fallen, you get right back on the horse. We all have fallen before. And I've been praying God would send you some companionship!

HI everyone, I hope you are well. My week of Holidays is going well (accept my back has gone on me, muscle spasms etc - hasn't happened in a while, oh well). I realise how much I enjoy having time off - I like my job, but I like Holidays more!

Rough evening right now. My tenant said he'd pay Sat or Sun, at least by Mon. I stressed the need to call me. At 630, I called, and all his story had changed. Was at his son's ballgame. He promised he'd bring me a check (he just opened an account), but said 'after all his son was playing ball.' I LOST it. I told him cash, by 7:30, or I file eviction tomorrow. (They haven't paid anything this year.) I understand, I understand, family obligations, but I told him, 'decide if you want to live in that house, or watch a ball game. And it HAS to be cash.'
Gave Hubs all the paperwork, IF they show up, and he will deal with it. If they don't, we WILL be taking a trip there tonight to give a demand for vacancy. I can't explain here what I've done to try and help them, put up with, so I know I sound like the wicked old witch, but I don't need this. We all have obligations, including Hubs, and I'm NOT doing this anymore.
UPDATE: Their outside, Hubs has gone out. He may veg around, but I'm QUITE sure the guy did not like the looks of him coming out of the house instead of me.
Whew.
Later guys, gotta go look for a place to land right now!! :H

Rubes....my day has been like yours. Fought with asshole people all day.....sorry your boyfriend is a 9 times convicted felon for drugs, but no, he cannot stay with you. I swear that is what I did all day.
To start my day, son started calling in a panic that I had not signed a permission slip for him to go on a fieldtrip. Did he ever bring the slip home......NOOOOOO
so i jump in the shower and am racing to the school and GOT HIT by a mom that didn;t see me. The whole side of my van is smashed in and the rest of the day was crap. I am fine, bit was in a terrible mood all day and I am pooped.
Biz - I am thankful your family is ok

Over and out......no mood to chat
but....I love you all and will be in a better mood tomorrow
ps.....I hate most people and remember why I love animals....

Vicki-if you can't them at the drug store(wouldn't be my first choice to look)then a health food store should have them or be able to order them. Your water may be a contributor but diet is usually the issue.
Hillside--I could be on permanent holidays these days too. Enjoy every moment.

MB, Biz, are you SURE you all don't have neck pain? REALLY sure?? It's getting like dodgecars going out now, isn't it? Biz, I forgive you, love for thinking that was Sunni's family. It was mine. But after your day, it's understandable.
I ONCE again remember why I keep Hubs around (on a chain in the basement). Though it was dusk, I could see the guy blanche when he walked out to talk to him. He said he explained how it was going to go, our bank doesn't care about his problems, and he came out to handle things because our Rottie(s) were running loose. Hubs is more evil than me.



Now, look at this. If you don't BAWL like I did, I question if your human. Jack woke his parents up this morning and said his face felt funny. This child has been going to their friend/dentist since his first tooth.



He has an abcessed tooth!!! He said it didn't hurt (my beautiful little man!!!) but of course they rushed him in. He's on antibiotic, till the swelling is gone, then they'll see what's going on. I'm crying AGAIN!
Sorry I took up so much time on 'me' today. Just seeing what you guys have gone through chastises me!! MB, I've actually heard something close to that again. I explain from the get go, 'the cops come to your house, you're OUT!' Bad Mimzy, bad!! (and I mean for internal problems)

Two engineering students were walking across campus when one said, "Where did you get such a great bike?"

But you excused Biz because of the day he had had - so i am excusing you because of........... ta-da....... OLD AGE !!!!!!!! Oh - and maybe 'cos of the day that you had had too! LOL - Seriously, I am NEVER EVER going to buy houses and rent them out. Never Ever. You have so much trouble with it. Did you end up getting the cash from the chap??? Enquiring minds want to know... Poor Jack and his tooth - abscesses are SO painful - poor poor guy!

RC - hola back at you!! How are you doing? They asked me if I would switch shifts so am working the early shift tomorrow (need to be up at 5.00) and will get Thursday off instead of Tuesday so will try and e-mail or something later in the week. hang in though - hugs to you anyway in the meantime :l:l:l:l
