    It is very true! Have you read this thread?https://www.mywayout.org/community/f9...day-39068.html There are lots of excellent ones here.Its a great one to plough through if you are having a craving or bad permission thoughts. It has distracted me nicely on more than one occasion.
    I am a sobriety tart. AA/Smart/RR philosophy, meds/diet/exercise/prayer,rabbbits feet/four leaf clovers/horseshoes. Yes please.I will have them all thank you very much.Bring them on


    There is no way the bottle is going to be stronger than I am.

      You might as well have a frontal lobotomy than drink and turn your brain to mush anyway!
