Hi Anon, I reckon my memory has been irreparably damaged by my drinking over the years. My forgetfulness used to be a cause for humour and teasing in my house but not any more.

Hate to say it, but I'm rapidly coming to the same conclusion in respect of my own memory. Lately I can't remember whether I've fed the cat or not, so sometimes she gets three meals a day and sometimes she gets one when she's supposed to have two. This never used to be a problem. I try to judge from the expression on her face whether she needs feeding or not. Gonna have to start keeping a written record, I think.
