, Got caught up with some emails this morning, did the weeks shopping, walked dog and now have to start thinking about lunch.
. I stayed up way too late last night (for me) watching that eurovision contest. I actually liked Iceland. Their song made me cry-but in a good way. Must be getting homesick again. I'm going to see if the song is on youtube and I'll try to post it.
. I'm just not in a cooking mood. But I did buy some fresh salmon for dinner. Not as good as we get in Ireland but I'll try to jazz it up with some leeks and a sauce!
