Last day at the hell hole today. Mixed feelings, there have been many really nice people I have worked with and got to know but of course its the minority that we allow to spoil things. Why is that? Something I need to learn no doubt. Anyway, will be glad when this morning is over and I am home safe and out of that environment. I can catch my breath and decide on my next move.

Well here I am finally - sorry to be such a truant, but with work and now doing 95% of housework I am a busy bee! Mrs EW is now halfway nearly, and v showing, struggling with all the aches and pains you can think of so now I should be known as the 'Butler'

Hope everyone is well. Starty - any ideas what you're moving on to?

Tips - hope you enjoy a braii - didn't catch what it is, but hope it is good fun!

I'm defo on the drug awareness course tomorrow, gulp. I have to be a commuter for the day and be there by 9 of the clock. So I reckon if I start getting ready about now I should get there on time.

Oooh and had a :yay: moment this morning. Managed to get into my favourite dress without having a coronary.

Hello Mrs. A (whatever time it is for you by now) and Mario!

Back from visiting son, g/f, grand baby #2, and his adoptive parents... very reassuring visit all around! The babe is all my son up to his nose, nose is definitely mummy's, and the rest is TBA :H The little tyke (Landen is his name, btw) slept the whole time, the most I got was 3/4 of one eye open, even through feeding him

Adoptive parents seem to be really lovely people who not only care about the baby but its biological parents as well. Had a long good talk and learned some things about my son in the mean time. I feel very content and reassured with this whole set up!

Alright... next on the list... work!

Sunny-bean, I read a similar post on the Canucks' thread and I have to say that I was moved by your post. How wonderful that these people will adopt and raise the baby, but want all of you as part of the extended family. That is just fantastic. I want so bad to be a Grandmother that it would break my heart if my grandchild was put up for adoption and I wasn't part of it's growing up. Those people must be very compassionate to understand how difficult it would have been for your son and GF to raise the baby themselves, but also difficult to give him up for adoption, and so by including your family in his life, make it a positive experience for all of you. I would say this is defo a win-win situation for that baby....:h

A very busy day at work today. I was alone and the phone was ringing all day and at times I had a customer in the store and was talking on two lines at once. I did make a couple of decent sales tho' and was able to slap some nice cold cash into Mr. Stirly's hand when he got back...:H

JC - great news about getting into that dress.:yay: I still have a few kilos to lose to get into my favourite jeans. Can't wait. :catroll:
