Zen---Maybe there's something going 'round--like the flu. Lots of us seem to be tanking, but---- we can swim back to the top. We've done it before, we can do it again. I'm with you, and sending some positive vibes.

I've never posted here-- hope it's okay to jump in (not the tank).

I just wanted to add my big hugs to zennie, so sorry you are in a hole honey but you know the drill and you can pull it together, the problem is the slippery slope. I know you have loads of support from here but it's the internal demons we have to fight :l
