    Doesn't anyone chat anymore?

    Hi friends,
    I know I don't often post here anymore, and I do keep in touch with many of you, but I'm wondering why no one seems to be in chat in the evenings (at least EST) anymore. If I have offended someone, I hope that they would let me know. Or maybe chat has just fallen out of popularity. At any rate I enjoy it for a quick hello and check in with MWOers old and new. I like the MWO chat feature which allows multiple people to chat together (unlike Facebook). I just miss the old days of chat, where so many people were having conversations and it was very vibrant.

    Anyway, I just needed to mention this. Hope you all have a nice pre-Halloween weekend.

    Hi CS. I remember those days and they were great fun for the most part. Personally, I think there became an "unspoken" rule that you shouldn't post under the influence. Which many know I don't agree with. Unfortunately there would be times when someone was a little too under the influence(myself included) but I think either ignoring them or taking them into side chat is a simple solution for that. And when I say ignore, I mean if the person is too incoherent to actually carry on a conversation or being obviously nasty. I don't think the answer is to attack.

    Some people felt that is was quieter due to summer but things certainly haven't picked up yet.

    I have been going to bed earlier these days too and some of our regular folks are on the west side. I'd like to hear from the folks that used to go into chat regularly and get there opinions.

      C, I don't know WHAT happened to our group. I'll be away till late tonight (in fact, I've been exceedingly busy for months!) but I too miss talking to everyone who used to only be there and nowhere else here. You, RC, T, Pro, GI, Rusty, Kate, so many I haven't heard from lately. I promise to do my best to get there later tonight, and will check every night I'm available. Hope your wee one is thriving!

        I didn't go into chat a lot, but did now and then - and recently when I HAVE gone to go there, there has been no-one there. Plus I have been getting to bed earlier. Maybe summer had something to do with it?
        How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

          Well I am here now, and I will commit to checking in between 10:30 and 11:30 ESL for the remainder of this week. Again, just a hello, or if anyone has something they want to discuss. I've just made some very good friends here through chat. Hope to see you!

            i go into chat when i can , copper sulphate. i enjoy the light hearted convos, & also being able to "talk" directly to people on an "as need" basis. it has helped me many a time & i fully encourage anyone to get in there when they can.
