Hey everyone - just got home from a VERY long day at work. had the yearly store meeting from 7-9 this morning then went back for the evening shift. we were SO busy - and this is still 5 weeks before Christmas!!!
Biz - so wonderful to see you post, no matter that you are drinking - right now, you need our support and you should know that you will get it from us. I have missed seeing you here. It was great chatting the other day - I feel for what you are going through. I cannot imagine what it is doing to your family and you are all in my prayers. I know Grateful is a real help to you - I am so glad that you have each other.
Georgie - absolutely wonderful news about your daughter - you must be so excited and don't worry about your family - as long as you and your daughter are happy about it, that is all that matters - just awesome news! Sorry you aren't feeling too good though - hope that you feel better soon.
Vicki - so sorry that your hands are not much better - I can't imagine what it must be like to live with constant pain - I am so lucky, rarely having pain. I do hope they start feeling better soon - are you still having PT? Does it help at all? It was lovely to see you posting :l:l
Roger - gosh, you too - with the pain - a tad worried about you playing chemist though - if the dentist gave you pain killers, why are you playing chemist??? Hopefully the anitbiotics will kick in soon and start giving you some relief - poor you, just one thing after another. feel better soon Flower!!
Mish - What are cycad 'pups' ?? Sounds intriguing.... please explain it to me. And why do you put down artificial turf and what do you do with it in the winter - and where do you store it - isn't it a huge thing to store? Does everyone do it?
Ruby - I am thinking of you at the cabin with the MIL. feeling for you......I am sure we shall hear all about it and I am looking forward to it !!!:H:H Hope you survive it okay!!
Fen - glad that you are back in the swing of things back home - hope things went well at the cabin for you today. It seems oddly quiet here without you LOL
Jan - LOVED your sense of humor with the stuff we posted when Fen was here - you crack me up. OH - did Clay pass his drivers test?? You never did say if he did or not.... And yes - lorry loads of housework is right! I have that much too - AND lorry loads of ironing as well - LOL
Grateful - dear Grateful - I hate that you have that horrid headache again - how often do you have to have these epidurals? Are the effects cumulative? How long are the effects supposed to work for? Is it worth it? Oh - I thought the nightgown was quite lovely. you look wonderful in it. Oh Grate - I do hope that you feel better soon - I hate to have you not feeling good - so many of our family are in pain right now - it is awful.

But for now, it is tidying, washing, ordering a couple of Christmas pressies for MIL, and writing to my mum. Rog - so pleased that the meds are helping you - toothache is awful! Fen - Daisy went charging after one of your rellies this morning and ended up crashing against the fence at the bottom of the garden then thundered up and down along where you planted the bulbs - I might have to try to fence that area off, although if she runs down to the bottom and uses the fence to stop herself, it would have to be a very sturdy fence!! She has decided that Squirls are fun to chase. And she is fast! Morning Grateful - I hope that your head is better this morning? Sending healing prayers and thoughts your way my friend...:l
