They arranged for me to have a virtual colonoscopy two hours later in medical imaging.

    I crashed for two hours at home, slept on the way to the hospital, and had another extremely uncomfortable but less invasive procedure. If it turns out okay, I won't have to go again until I'm 55. But from now on, I will have to be under complete sedation whilst having one.

    It's been quite a day, peeps. :h

    Not sure I would have faired quite as well as you did, I cant imagine what that would be like, OR the medical staff's surprise of you waking up...........WOW

    You've convinced me to stay the hell away from doctors/hospitals........I never really liked either anyway :H

        Ok, well seems like there would be a way to retrieve a lost post but...gosh Sun, I know that was rough....Fenn, that sounds awful....Vick, good to hear from you and hope you are getting better with each day...Grateful, hope your headache is easing up...Gotta take my kid to doc this morn, she has weird bumps growing on earlobe. I have a couple students this afternoon and it is going to rain, the frogs are singing...later b

          One thing I used to do when my internet was acting wacky was to copy my text (Highlight your text, hit cntrl c......that will save your text. When you are ready to post, Put the cursor where you want the text and hit cnrtl v. TaDa....it will magically appear.

          I also do that anytime I notice one of my posts is getting kind of long so I dont have to do double work. You prolly already knew the copy/paste thing, but thought I'd offer that up.

            Morning Nelz, Bird - Bird - hope the weird bumps are nothing, what a pain losing a post! Nelz - I have been supposed to be having THAT procedure now for some years - do you think this has made me any keener on having it? ROTFLMBO !!! Heck NO!

                  I'd just like to take a minute to tell each and every one of my many friends here how grateful and blessed I am to have you all in my life. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends and enjoy peace. You all are very special to me and I honestly don't know where I would be today if it weren't for you. Therefore, I am "Grateful" for all of you.

                        Amen and Amen! If only we all lived in the same nighborhood! How awesome that would be! Good morning, family! Grateful, we are all so "Grateful" to have you as a friend! You are the sweetest person with the heart of gold and we all hate to see you suffer! Thank you for calling me this morning and I did not even ask how your headache was today! I hope and pray you are feeling better today! Nelz,I completely agree with you! I try to avoid hospitals like the plaque! They will kill you in there! :H Fen, hope you feel better today! MB, Grateful, Sunni, well, all of you, I hope you get off early today and I that you are all off Friday and able to have some relaxing time with your families.                             I am thankful for all of you too...you have ALL been there for me and helped me in so many ways the past year...Job Losses, murder, sobriety, work, stress, colonscopy:H,
                            and everything else.
                            I cannot think of a palce where strangers that I have never met pick up the phone, send presents, fabulous British cookies (I cannot remember the name now), or let me call and cry.
                            I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH
                            I love my family more than alcohol.:h
