Well now Zen that must make a lot of people idiots too then, not so sure that's the case. While nobody puts that first glass to our lips we didn't choose to have this addiction. And we all know how difficult this is, so cut yourself some slack, the only way is up now.

Yeh I feel your cringing, I had the same experience with my son pointing to a bottle of vino in friggintescos. Maybe I should have thought a bit hared about that at the time and saved a lot of heartbreak and pain. No fool like an old fool they say.

Had a wee bar of chocolate this afternoon and I've got a nice bottle of Pelligrino coming to room temperature. Can't drink it straight out of the fridge.

I may have a fat free black cherry yoghurt fest later.

Family home soon so I am cooking creamy smoked salmon tagliatelle with dill & courgettes and a side of garlic bread. Some cranberry to wash it down. Cant think of any easier or quicker meal off of the top of my head.
