      And now it's me popping in again. Just had a lovely breakfast of baked beans, toast, poached egg and sausages.

      Moi eating breakie, unheard of just a few short months ago.

        You eat a breakfast like that and still lose weight? I'm gobsmacked. :shocked: What kind of bloody sausages are they? There certainly aren't any low fat ones here.:upset:

            They're low fat and count as 2 of my treats per day. In fact they're nicer than the full fat versions.

            The rest of it just comes out of my daily allowance. Noice.

            Rightio orff to get ready for work. Should be interesting, Mrs Snooty Bottom's got an appointment this afternoon.

                  finding the nail thing hard today, for some reason after meditation this morning I went to a mate's house for a bowl of soup and a chat and found myself itching to pick at them.....

                      Hellooooooooooooo, folksies

                      I've decided to "work from home" tomorrow morning before going to my Allen Carr follow-up session. The Easyway Method isn't so easy, after all :upset::upset::upset:

                      At first I thought it was going to be easier than the grog, but I was mistaken... Feck. I had so hoped it would be the case.

                      I am hoping to be Happy Non-Smoker                       again by this time tomorrow afternoon. Being positive about it. I think.
