I think mollers is right about the counselling too, inchy. You really have nothing to lose. Go along and give it a go. If it's not for you, you don't have to go again. Like zenny, I found / am finding it very helpful.

And now you mention Afrikaans words, my daughter was given one in language class which apparently means "passed out naked on the floor without a mat" - or maybe she read it in Mental Floss b/c I wonder why a tenth grade language class would need such a word? However, I must go and find that word (I think it began with an R) because it has become very important to me now for some reason...

Hiya Gang, well my partne rhad been ringing me saying where r u a few times cause we were soppossed to meetat the gym, and in true pinky fashion i was fashionably late, i go to the uni where we go to the gym,l went to phone her and ive left my phone at home, looked all round the uni nd the gym 4 her, can't find her, and i'm over an hour late now.......... i'm in the cat house when i get home

Inchy, hun, I wouldn't have gone near a counsellor in a million years at one point but I so glad I did. I learned and gained so much from being able to talk to someone who is there just for me.

Feet are still sore whizzy, it hurts to walk, never mind run. :upset: It's becoming frustrating cos I really want to get properly started with the running. I've had to put the Sauconys to one side for now and go back to good old-fashioned walking boots until my feet recover.
