    Today's guard dog is Hubs, so we're leaving in about 2 hours. I did another stupid thing and hid my medication so well I couldn't find them yesterday. DUH!! I'm turning into a real airhead.
    HOPING to get to cabin after the two appointments. Hubs is on duty this weekend, so he'll be working. FIL came over to give his critique of our new ride. This from a man who's idea of classy look like they should have those things that make them bounce up and down!! :H
    MIL painted a bunch of rocks and made an arrangement in her yard. Kept my mouth shut the girls have given her h#ll! 'Course, they go pretty well with the pink plastic chairs.
    Gotta run. Later, friends.

            Good Morning everyone - sounds as if everyone is busy! March already. Actually feb dragged for me which is unusual - it usually flies by. Hope the trip to the airport was uneventful Nora - Good luck with the dr's appts Rubes. Laughed at the rocks going with the pink plastic chairs...:H Tony - liked the funny! Rog - so lovely to see you with us again. :l Georgie - good to see you too - hang in there and just keep taking it one day at a time eh? Fen - sorry I missed you last night - felt tired and grumpy and figured the best place for me was bed!! Jan - how are you doing? Bird - that dream was weird - any idea what it meant? ATL - probably September would be a better time to go as the children are back in school then and fares should be going down a bit. Go to cheapo fares.com or somewhere and just play with dates and you will see what I mean. there was a difference of $300 with my fare just by me altering my days by 2 days. Ruby - thanks for the charter thing web site - interesting - and I have used quorn for years so it was funny to see them talking about it as if it was some new product out!!

            Off to do stuff - work the closing shift today - my clopen today and tomorrow - back later,

                  Morning all. Made it to the airport.....now I'm sitting at work. Need another Diet Coke to wake up. :H
                  So, for my son's 25th birthday, I was thinking of - $250.00 wrapped up in groups of $25.00 each. (10 different size packages of $25.00) You know to celebrate him turning 25. I can't think of anything to give him and I know he can use money. Of course, now I have to scramble around to scrape up the money. But, my I'm getting about that back in taxes so I would like to use it on him. What do you think? Is that a fun gift?

                                Gosh Rubes - that BP is so high - are you on BP meds? Is the other doc to talk to about your HBP? let us know :l:l

                                Nora - I think your b'day gift idea is wonderful - he will be so surprised!! At that age, all they really want is cash isn't it? My daughter just had her 26th and we gave her cash - although nowhere near as imaginative as you!!
