    Tomorrow night 60 Minutes is doing a story about how sugar is causing a health crisis in this country...should be interesting.
    I could NEVER sleep with the TV on.....it would make me bonkers. I like it cool and dark and quiet with my fan running....
    Teenagers coming over for wings and my cornbread I made for Ruby and Sunni Butt.

            I am reading "Getting into the Gap" by Dr Wayne Dyer that Sunni gave me......I promised I would try to sit still long enough and try to work on mediatation. Of course, as soon as I did, Clay Boy walked in and asked for money to go the movies:H:H

              Hi Mama Bear,

              good luck with the meditation... I use the guided meditation technique as I always found just silence a bit much.. start getting into that whole "Hey! I managed to make my mind go quiet! Hey look at me not thinking about anything. Oh wait, now I'm thinking about how I'm not thinking of anything... Oops"...

              So the guided recordings were better as I would usually just drop into a deeper state and then fall asleep. which is ok too as I always woke up in a much calmer state which was kind of the point anyway...

                  Hey I read that book MB..sorry all your med troubles Rubes...got my kid a bamboo? tablet, 79 bucks then dropped them off at drama club, went to Y, picked them, had supper, went to friends up the road and just got home...thank you for votes, I just want some to be on there if she checks...making baby frozen tacos for snack..

                      Hey everyone! Just got in from work - scooted out a few minutes early tonight as we weren't very busy - I am off tomorrow ruby and have BIG plans! no rest for me that is sure - LOL. Looking forward to tomorrow. Plan on writing to mum tonight to get that done now so I can start tomorrow and get going. I have never heard of the bamboo tablet Bird!! Hope that you enjoy the CD of the book jan! Tell the boys they are not to disturb you while you listen to it. I shall have to record the 60 minutes on sugar - sounds interesting. In the olden days the vets used to pour sugar over a cows uterus if it came out after they gave birth to shrink it to be able to push it back in - it dehydrates it that much!! Nice huh?

                      Anyway, need to get something to eat (without sugar I think - LOL) and then write to my mum! have a good evening everyone!
