Ooh Mollers, do you get to wear a graduation hat and fling it in the air.

      You're a different woman I tells ya.

Hard to believe it's a week since I was fit to bursting with excitement.................but I've already managed to put away enough for 2 airfares for me and Mr JC.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

            Good morning Army!!!

What lovely posts to read first thing in the morning.

Saw Limer's post, it was lovely!
How are you feeling today? And Mario what's the story with the funeral and stuff, are you going over?I know you'll stay strong, Molly. Every time you hear of someone else who fell back into the old AL habit, it will make you even more intent to stay sober. You sound different this time, more aware, more positive, more determined. :goodjob:

Hello all, havent read back except that Tipps, hope everything settles down for you.

            Hope everyone else is ok

My son was singing in his choir at a concert this evening and he did so well,im so proud of him,he looked so handsome on the stage. I also got a rush of pure happiness thinking about how great it is to sit and enjoy watching these kind of concerts that I normally sit through wishing theyd hurry up so I can catch the offie on the way home and get the kids into bed asap, not focusing on the kids achievements much as I should be. Thank God ive copped on,how much time ive wasted. I know its early days but this time I feel so different ,its been much easier,im just not going there with myself anymore.
Anyway, good evening to you all fine ladies and gentlemen,I have one hell of a crazy day ahead of me tomorrow so I will arise and go now to my bed. Reading a good book of Jodi Picolet , House Rules about a boy with aspergers, interesting for me.............nite all xxxx
Limers, what I said to Molly. Your posts have a different ring to them. When you realize how differently you look at things without AL and how you can enjoy the things around you without the constant ball and chain of AL thinking, your life takes on new colours, smells, feelings. You can finally really enjoy your life and the ups and downs are easier to face when you can look at them with a clear head.

:wavin: to the rest of youz troopers!! Hope you all...

Great about the call from Jilly, just pure normality without the catch in her voice I bet.

                  Jackie, when are you coming?

                                Good morning, Mrs. A.

Ryanair does fly to Greece - to Volos and Alexandroupoli. But it would mean flying to London, then to either Belgium or Germany and then to Greece. Very complicated, hours don't jive and it would be a royal pain in the butt. I had already checked things out thinking I might make one of the Dublin meetings but it was nigh impossible to mange it. First of all, the closest place - Volos - is about a 2-1/2 hour drive from here. Alexandroupoli is more like 5 hours.
