Well that's putting it to me ! Answer is I don't know.
I was a 'problem drinker' but have managed to rein it in and choose my battles these days.
I was drinking bottle wine or 2 every eve - that's gone thank god - with the onset of my visiting the gym - Damien ( evil name & peson ) is whipping me into shape.
I am not AF though - and not sure I ever will or want to be - but I was never a 24/7 drinker. Just dealing with some residual 'habits' now !

I'm at the eating all food stage..just had jelly,bananas with custard...yummy, my ankles are so swollen, this happened before when I stopped, but I'm not sure if it's the meds as I had said before..

sooo with a bashed stitched head, hernia back again & swollen ankles...and have zero desire for a drink...
doing pretty good..
