Happy Sunday all! Yesterday we planted the front of the house and got a good bit of the back yard done as well. Had a lovely day. My eldest went to a musical (3 hour bus ride away) with the cast of her last musical and was not back until 3:00 am this morning. Being the whacko I am, I could not sleep until she got home. Then my body clock went off at 6:00 (as well as a dove who decided to "sing" on my windowsill) when my window was open....but it's fine. Maybe I can catch a nap later. Maybe. Probably not. Sigh.

It rained last night which is good for all the planting, but it is very chilly this morning. Much to do again today. Don't really want to go to Mass this morning - I love going to church - but I cannot stand our new pastor. He has no connection with the parish and is ridiculously arrogant and self-absorbed. When he does the homilies I come out of mass frustrated and cranky. Hope the other priest is running the show today!
