And aren't I a silly billy! I have stacks of mags lying beside my bed and picked up what I thought was the June issue of DELISHUS was the May issue.... here's the June issue... I shall much my Lindt whilest listening to the dreadful soundtrack (I heard a bit on ABC on Wednesday) which was wedged in at page 57.

I didn't get the chokky in the post but never mind. Here's the beetroot & carrot thing. It was nice. Didn't have any sesame seeds so used dried shallots
