Actually just read your recipe properly instead of skipping like I normally do and they're the same EXCEPT after you've mixed through the butter and eggs fold through 1/3 cup of sour cream.

The coffee cake I made had the same thing - fold through sour cream or yoghurt then put into the tin to bake. It really does something to the mix.

Now I want Sunnys chocolate too...

They will indeed. He'll feel much better and prolly put on weight. he'll still have to rest up though if he wants this gone.
