I personally love stickers...but the RIGHT man is sooo awesome. I feel like my bf is 'part two' of my life and it's really great.

Hi FlyAway,
I've been running between 50 and 60 miles per week. I've been getting my time down and now can run my miles in under 7 minutes which should place me pretty well in my age category (45 - 49) for several upcoming races. I love it and love being able to get back into it. Running well was one of uncountable number of things drink takes away, I'm so glad to be free of that circus. Have a great night everyone, UN I hope you get your painting project done just the way you like it!2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

Wow! Fifty to 60 miles a week! Impressive. Well at least we have our age category in common. :Hallswell;1316986 wrote: Hi FlyAway,

Hi everyone
I messed up my gardening post and had to redo it! Its a photo story about how my brother built a greenhouse for me to cheer me up. It worked!

Good Morning Guys,
Sorry I didn't get here yesterday - crazy busy. And, would you believe my painting project brought back my wrist problem with a vengeance?! Ugh! Oh well, I know if I rest it I can get it back to feeling good, so I'll take it easy now. I'm also getting ready for my New England coast vacation ........ very exciting! Speaking of vacations, I wonder where My Life is? Haven't seen her around. ML, if you're reading, let us know how it's going.
FA, we just painted a storage house ...... nothing big .. 12 x 10, but it took all day (had to clean it first). It's a really nice building (insulated) and was a mess. It came out great - now it's nice and clean and it sparkles.
K9, hope you get a good report from the doc.
WW, sounds like you're slammed. Hope you get to have some nice leisure time along with all that hard work!
Alls, I'm amazed at your running distances. You must be in terrific shape!
Drifty, great job on your school work. The critters are going to be lucky to have you as their advocate!
Dizzy, my husband has a really great garden -- thanks for the link.
Not too much else going on in my world. I'm loving my sober life guys -- I think less and less about drinking. Last night we ate in a restaurant well known for their drinks.....I wasn't tempted. The difference now seems to be that I can fast forward in my head all the negative repuercussions about alcohol. One would make me tired and lethargic. More than one would let the alcohol terrorist reign again.
Stay strong everyone and have a super sober day.

Hi Everyone!
Alls - 50-60 miles per week? Holy smokes, that makes my lungs, heart and every muscle hurt just imagining it. LOL You GO, is all I can say! And here I was all proud of myself for doing a little 24 minute workout everyday.
My Dr. appointment went well, nothing earth shattering. She complimented me on doing well and told me to be proud of myself. I told her to take the dang rocks out of the scale because I am 6 pounds lighter at home! LOL
UW - I hope your wrist gets better soon, that must be annoying (and painful)! WW, you have been busy lately! I was wondering about you. Glad to hear you're doing well. Not sure about adding a man to my life, I have one kid and 3 dogs and a nephew living with me, not sure I want one more irritation, or mess to clean up. LOL
I am off at noon today...guess I'll Shred then take a nap! Can't wait (for the nap anyway)!!
K9:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:
Believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think.
