Welcome all! I haven't been posting since last week. Afraid I didn't lose at all last week. It is really, really slow to come off. Ugh. As for eating what you want--do it. I did for 3 months even though I was very overweight when I quit AL. I am only now trying to lose. I think if I had tried to diet in the beginning I would have felt so deprived, I would have gone back to the bottle. The most important thing right now is being AF.
Hope I can record another lb lost by Friday!
And no, it is NOT AL that is doing it. I have had less calories from AL since I've been modding than I've had in one day of eating a normal day's calorie intake. I guess it's the cake, the pepsi's and the one-off's I thought, well just this time...crap.
