I made mine with white rice, tuna, tomatoes, red onion, fresh parsley, EVOO and lemon juice. There's enough to last a day or two!

I cooked up some brown rice today to have ready if I felt like a salad and I've always got the other ingredients on hand. Dill is dill. There are similar-tasting herbs but they don't taste exactly the same and I doubt you can get them there if you can't get dill. Hows about you plant yourself a pot of it.
