Wish I knew what I'd done last week I certainly wasn't keeping an eye on me diet. Mind you I don't think I sat down for 4 days with this blooming BBQ prep.

That's the one. But if you go with the flow it works, well it worked for me.

Melatonin did diddly squat for me. Got that through Amazon.
