        I never stop appreciating these wonderful Super Sober Sundays!
        I have been to the gym, walked the dog in the park, been to the supermarket and I am now drinking my coffee in the garden as I being my studies for the day..... None of that would have been possible in my pre AF life!

        2 years 6 months and 15 glorious AF days :yougo: :yougo: :yougo:

              I have been sober 2 months and 26 days, whoop
              I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

                    Day 7 for me, - OMG what a difference, got up at 8.30, had two skype calls with clients, shopped for dinner, have roast dinner in the oven and have just done a workout, - being strong last night has definitely paid off BIG TIME - looking forward to actually getting some results for my workout efforts and feeling stronger when doing them. Full potential, here I come!!!

                      Over three weeks, and I feel strong. I am finally ready.
                      My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                        yaaayyyy for sober sunday!! i'm so happy to be here--
                        also had a great workout, counteracted it by baking a delicious peach cobbler and eating to portions with whipped cream.. yummmm.
                        and have spent about 5 hours (again) today reading through the "my story" section.
                        almost finished doggygirls-- awesome!!
