I have scoliosis Whizzy... I was born with it... I sympathize with what you have going on. ( You know what I tried, after Benjy pointing us in the direction the other day, was Epsom Salt. And it really helped. Maybe give that a shot... soak in a hot bath with it...

I've been lucky Limers... I only get occasional grief from it. I expect when I get older it will be shite though!!! lol When I tweak something it plays merry havoc with me for weeks though and it's a bit of a pain in the... well... the bum!

I'm off over to see her for her 85th birthday in November Limers. It'll be brass monkey weather on "the rock" but I'm looking forward to it! Been a while since my last trip home...
