Yeah Questy - read it years back. It is a very good read & useful to see alcohol for what it is - a legal drug.
The concept is a total copy of the book Stop Smoking Permanently - by Allen Carr. Don't know HOW he got away with it.
BUT IT WORKS as both alcohol & nicotine are drugs..

I used Allen Carr's book & quit smoking years ago - never looked back. :goodjob:

Having a braai for lunch. Not a very good decision - it's boiling hot. Will be lekker when it's all done, though. Lamb chops, boerewors, potato salad, green salad & kalaharis (bread rolls with chutney, fried onions and cheese, braaied on a grid)

If it's meat - then I'll have it.
Eating 'caveman style' this week in an effort to get healthy & shed 14 lbs.
