I'm looking at any and all activities that get me out of this extreme heat. I'm back on the bike, in the pool, but aside from hiking not much running. I'm old but registered for the Malibu Triatlon in September. If I do compete, this will be my last. I'll post some of the kayaking pic from today on the Undies.

I think we're all kinda expecting them to stay on longer than we anticipated, but it's not a bad thing, right?

I took English lit until my 3rd year - loved it.
