:H I like an over-defined lass. Her clavicles are nothing on my knobbly knees however. Or the protrusion at the back of my head. If I were totally bald I'd look like a stream-lined racing helmet -tiptronic_ct;1515630 wrote: Oh.My.God...

Good morning Army.
I see Tawny never misses a trick as usual.
I have joined a new running club and did some dead tough efforts(speed work) last evening. I came home exhausted but happy/starving hungry and slept like a log.

Only joined a couple of weeks ago as I needed to do some structured training and this club although very friendly and sociable have a great training plan. Also even though I am the oldest woman, there are other older people in the club.RunningCourage;1515645 wrote: :goodjob:

Are you glad you have joined a club?

Yeah - like you only been a couple of weeks, but the training they do is really good - and a right mix: young 'uns; elites; seniors and vets. Hope I can stay committed cos I'm sure it'll benefit me runs (and help me get my new marathon timeanon;1515647 wrote: Only joined a couple of weeks ago as I needed to do some structured training and this club although very friendly and sociable have a great training plan.
