Glad you had a nice day. Yeah, I can understand you being concerned about the safety aspect of walking alone. My day's been fine thanks, did a spot of gardening (does weeding count as gardening? ) and a little housework too. Nothing overly exciting.

Evening all I ended up staying in all day and having a nana nap. The weather is awful here very windy with heavy showers so hope its better tomorrow so I can get out to a meeting and get the rest of my shopping done. Have to go to credit union which is open half day Saturday. The pins and needles were in my left hand and it happens in the morning sometimes. I sleep on my side and I think that's the cause as it doesn't happen during the day so that may be it. If it doesn't improve i'll get it checked out. The cats are in and asleep even they won't stay out long :Hawprint::catroll:

Just back from a conference thingy in Glasgow. So been sitting on me arse ALL DAY. Because of this, I have decided the best thing to do is to continue the said arse-sitting position before lying down for bed in a few hours.

Disappeared forabit to prep for dins- its on stove now to cook slow

Reccie- of course weeding counts as gardening!

Foxy- defo get the pins n needles checked out if they persist. If they are on the side on which you sleep it is prob just that. Weather atrocious here too!!

And yes - I agree with Peapants Reccie - weeding IS gardening. Anything that gets yer knees dirty is gardening in my book

I did too much running and jumping the last few days, Peapants, that not run today. Legs still need time to recuperate before me Sunday morning amble :H How's yer day been?

Hewwo!!!

How's a'body doing? Been going flat out here. Me Mum's house is like Piccadilly Circus at the best of times but even moreso now that "the wan from Florida" is back... they need to come and take a look to see how much I've aged and how much weight I've put on! Hahaha... and they think I don't know what they're up to...

Been visiting the rellies, shopping for wellies (not to be mistaken for willies), removing a tick from Jack the Cat, scrubbing the kitchen that was already clean enough I suppose but I have a thing about kitchens and dirt, cooking, shopping and entertaining the folks that drop in. Taking Ma to the optician tomorrow arvo after changing out the hire car. The one they gave me is dreadful and I'm switching to a wee Fiesta. Driving on the other side of the road with a stick shift... no problem. Feckin ancient diesel Vauxhall that sounds and drives like a Sherman tank... problemo!

Tomorrow night we're off to be fed at my uncles... lamb raised on the island. And at the mo just waiting for the tea to be ready... I made a smoked fish, leek and potato pie wot's in the oven to have with some... attention JACKS!... Scottish langoustines for a starter. Then a mate is coming over for the evening.

By a stroke of luck a grooming place is opening tomorrow which gets me off the hook of washing and clipping a cantankerous Maine Coon... he's off to get himself spruced up on Tuesday arvo. I'm thinking a Lion Cut (evil... I know!). :H

And dat's pretty much dat!

Normally don't have the patience D'Arsey but when have the time I like to slow cook things- taste much better then Says she as if she knows bout cookin NOT!!!
