    Anyone want to have Sex...Not ?

    I know this is kinda a personal question but Im feeling particularly jaunty tonight. No but seriously.

    Since day 1 I have had very little Desire for the first few days. After which I dont remember the last time I even thought about sex. Today nada, Yesterday zippo, day before that zilch !

    I used to have a fairly well sized labido .. or shall I say "Healthy" labido ( for you gals that have your head in the gutter ). But now I could care less about It. I dont even think about it.

    Is this normal for a bit after going AF ?.. or is this something thats going to be around for a while ..

    Despite my humor I am genuinely curious.

    Hi Dave....

    Interesting Topic:H

    Questions:
    How old are you?

    How long have you been AF?

    Were you losing interest while you were still drinking?

    Are you taking any medication (anti-depressants, etc)

    Do you have a partner?

      Nope..it all started on day 1 ( well a little less interested after my wife left ) But I still was "active" If you know what I mean.

      No meds.. I hate even taking asprin.

      Married but didnt have sex .. um.. for a long time.. Like 6 months long. ( thats a long time for a married man ) But I still had a Healthy and active labido.

      So basically nothing has changed aside from going AF.

          Ok - I actually googled this. :H I guess I have way too much time on my hands now.

          Seems like this is common in the first weeks. Common and temporary. So, don't dwell on it and it will come.

                          And of course I knew this thread title would attract Scottie!

                          But to answer your question Dave, and this is just me....can you please define "sex"...yes, it's been THAT long.

                          Hopefully others have more advice for you.

                            Oh man .. thats a really good question there K9. I was under the misguided direction for the use of the term to reflect a state of euphoria preceding the act of close interpersonal contact. But seeing as It just not jibe within that context....and I could be wrong.. but I think it means Sex= Serious erectile xenophobia.. Again its just how I feel
