I went for a run - just a little 5k but 5m/k wasn't a bad pace considering how long it has been!

Hope you're all settled into your Saturday - what's the sponsorship thingy?

25 mins for a 5km run is definitely ok in my book, :goodjob: fairly respectable pace and I bet there's room for improvement. Four runners in the army I think now.

1K a day is a big increase, how many days do you plan on running?

All going ok for me, injuries have subsided:H Got a few bruises from walking into things at the gym, and a lump on ankle where I was throwing someone during ninja training. Been told to tell the teacher next time!

Hi all! hope a good week has been had by all. Fun and games for me, been to Cheshire helping my brother & sister-in-law move house, got home about one, absolutely shattered as I'd been nominated to clean the house they were moving out of. Love them dearly but a domestic goddess my SIL is not!

Spending the afternoon in the chair drinking tea and eating chocolate at recover from the drive home in the fog.

They helped me move back from Brussels when I was in a really bad place Molly so I offered, they certainly got their money's worth. Come home absolutely shattered but got a day off on Monday to get over it. OH had done some cleaning here so have had the chance to do nothing, its been so good I might do it again tomorrow :H:H:H

'Ello

I've got a bad cold

I've also got 62 days

I know it's not that important cos I've done it a few times before and also been fairly sorted for last 2 years on TSM but last night was in a restaurant and couldn't get me eyes of the other diners wine glasses. Didn't succumb but although no cravings so no fight that way, still it's sort of wishing I could join in and with TSM I know I can, but choosing not to.

Completely AF, none in my food, no liquer choccies, no drinks.

Keep hearing from peeps who say they aren't drinking, then find they have the odd one. Proud to be 100%.
