Call out to doctors office today to see what the hell is UP with Mama's treatment???? i want to know WHY they are continuing to give her chemo when she is 94lbs instead of signing her up on hospice? Magic, as soon as I get to the questions...you can ask away!!!!! She is your Mama too!!!! You guys are going through this with me for sure.

Was so depressed yesterday had a hard time functioning. Just felt like crying the whole day. Did most of it......I was sick too, which didn't help. Brit isn't feeling well either. Seems my family has a little bug of some sort. We are all at work and school today, but not up to par. Billy's b-day, Mama, company coming again...just a bit much some days. I started the topa though and the LO again. I will NOT fail at being AF. I have come to far.

You need some support for you, where can you get it?

Does the doctor have to agree to Hospice? Does she have to stop treatment for Hospice? Surely not. Does Mama want to stop?

I think that the nurses at the hospital/clinic where you take Mama would be of great help to you with this. They should have resources for everything you need. You need a nurse to come in right now 24/7.

Don't think of family coming as company think of family as needed support.....and don't run around cleaning you goof!

Do you get Compassionate Leave from work?

You know I'm on the other side of the blinking continent, way up North, otherwise I'd be there in a heartbeat. I'd sleep in the shed.

Do you have one or would Bear and Morrison have to build one first?

Good point Magic, Luv, if you need some things done around your home ask your family to help you out... Whether it be house work or yard work.. They would more than likely love to be of any help to yo... You know yourself how good it feels to help someone that needs the help, so don't be shy in asking...

I totally agree about the Hospice, they need to be there right now.....they are godsends....just call the Hospice in your area, ask them how to get their support....you gotta get help girlfriend....this is more than one person can do if it were just you and your Mama, but you have to think of the kiddos now too, they need you too....you just are spread tooooo thin....We love you, we want you to be a-ok....and ditto, if I were near you, I'd be there in a heartbeat...

I placed the call today...the physician has to order hospice. Treatment stops and you go on comfort measures only...not sure if Mama is ready yet to give up on the thought that she might get better, it is hard to accept that your will never get well. She KNOWS it, but really letting go is another thing. She just told me my Aunt was coming AGAIN and I felt like crying...AGAIN...NO...I don't want any more company. I feel like a motel 6. Brit gets booted out of her room every time somemone comes too. Poor baby. Enough of this for today!!! To sad!!!

On a happy note my guy and I are doing really good!!! How I dont know. he is SO sweet though. Next week while my step dad is here with Mama, we are ESCAPING to Charleston for 2 days!!!! YIPEEE....I am so excited. Sun, seafood, sand...ocean...I can't wait. PEACE!!! He loves the kids, they love him too.

Magic, glad you have stopped by again. I wish luv could get some help too. A couple of days away will help, but you need time by yourself too. Bootsie, I am really glad you made it throught the wreck. Make Martha pay for everything, you are having to put up with the pain and no car. Tex, I may take you up on hte LO, I don't know what it is, but I need to order some more of the fish oil too. Send me an order form and I will send it in. lol

ooh are you going to post a like photo of said new guy luv bug???? i bet he is a hottie. well, i'm glad you are getting away. of course, now you aren't married. so i know you are sleeping in separate cottages. ahahahahahahahahahahahaah. i mean you know we want to keep this particular thread very puritanical and all. keep it right there in the tit and bootsie style. i don't think ol tex and i can approve of any rough housing around for you. ahahahahahahahaha. gosh i'm getting rug burns just thinking about it. well, mayor cheese wiz i didn't make it to gym today but i did spend 500 smacks at ralphs on food. so that means tomorrow will be my big day back at gym. i'm so dragging but bootsie has not gained weight still at 113 or 115 i am thinking. but i think i lost muscle mass darn it. oh so lathargic. must take nap now. but you have inspired me with your boxing Hamburger man so i'm going to beat myself up tomorrow at the gym. okay, nap time and then back to marketing. so far i've struck out today. but it is not over yet.
now, hospice, luv bug pm me anytime. i think i told you i took care of my sis all through and especially the last few years of her life. she died awfully young at 53. so i know all about at least the calif system, medical and hospice etc. she had melanoma cancer, had several strokes and was well, very much gone by the time she finally left. but i have to say one thing for my sis, she was definitely talking to angels those last 6 months. god, luv she actually even had one of the last surgeries a brain tumor. and that gal was so strong after having numerous surgeries over 22 years everywhere. she looked like a giant staple gun hit her. she said let's do it. so she did and when she came out. she said well, now i don't have to worry about anger management. i honestly fell off my fricking chair. we, us german girls are known for our spunky nature. and well, she was true to her word. she was the kindest person all be it steel plate in her forehead noggin and we always put a nice wig over it as it was a bit concave. we had fun with the wigs and hats. but that girl. what a thing to say while slipping in and out of a comma. sis, where are you? i'm here marla. well, see girlie i don't have to worry about anger management. ... like i said that will stay with me forever. anyway, thought you'd get a kick out of that. cuz it is funny. i could tell these all day long. smiles nappy time

ah well bear, stiff may be off some where with a woodie. and you know sometimes tis hard to post or at least write when you are busy with that. we pray for all god's children and we especially pray for bear and i to get out of our depression. so please tex send us some LO.

Bootsie, just waiting for you to let me know if you want 1 or 2 bottles, and if you need anything else....Ya'll know, that lack of EPA/DHA (omega's), causes depression, and lack of, increases cravings...SO, Bear, I'm sending you more, and Boots and LUV are getting some too....lol.....gotta have it....I will say, I don't have "blue" dys....We just have to stay on top of our nutrition, etc....Bear, and Boots, the LO will really help, ditto the omega's, and it helps with aches and pains, which I have from over-working out too...lol....Morrison probably needs some too...and I wanna see his pics!.....LUV, you do sound like you have a revolving door....Where did your Mama live with her husband before she got sick? Far away or not?.....
