I went to a little festival today and heard a group play drums. Very good. I got a stone heart pendant that is really cool, green and peach color -urakite- wrapped in gold wire to make a pendant. And I got a king sheet set of 1000 count egyptian cotton for $30! Now I'm going to meet some friends for dinner. Things are so much easier AF.

more2........ Grrrrrrrr!!!! I shoulda known! The couple I had dinner with were laughing about the sheets. They got some once too from guy selling them like that and they said they "pilled up" (you know those little sheet dingleberries) after about 2 washings. she said she put them on her sons bed and he pulled them off onto the floor :H:H. So I look at them and they are Egyptian COMFORT, not cotton. Probably polyester. Shoot.

We should all go down there when MA becomes and RN and pack all Mike's stuff into his car. Hey can't you use laughy faces when you edit?

Well it did rain all day yesterday but we sure needed it !
Too bad about the sheets greenie. Oh well what can you do?
Today we have a post to replace in the paddock for the horses, muck out the goats pen, hang a whack of laundry on the line and listen to the birds. It's gonna be a beautiful day

Another beautiful day here, never got to ride yesterday, nobody to ride with...........may be the case today too, that sucks!! I just hate riding alone...................so do the horses.....

off to the gym, pool (great place to study btw! ) and then a meeting, will try to find someone to ride with, Mike said he will ride w/ me but his back is out and I don't want to get the guilt trip tonight, or owe him anything, which I will if he rides.........................GRRRRR Hate this predicament!

Just thought I'd stop by because my kitchen is a mess and I'm too lazy to clean up just yet... We had a busy day and then went for a drive on all the back roads seeing a porcupine, some deer, a partridge as well as canada geese... It's a chilly day but it's suppose to warm up throughout the week.
Have a great evening everybody. Guess I'd better go tidy up before bringing in the critters for the night. Up at 5:30 tomorrow morning.... Mondays are always sooooo very busy !!!

MONDAY!

I don't like Mondays all that much, but "happy Monday" just the same! It is about 4:45 AM and I am up for the day, YAY!! Hope you all have a great Monday.....................boy I am getting spoiled by these 3 day weekends! Have (supposed to anyway) another one this week, scheduled, this past one was just so light w/ patients she (boss) assigned me to be off...............short on hours, but WTF?

Never got to ride yesterday, but did study and got to work on a drawing I have been working on for a while, then went walking (in Target, since mosquitoes can carry you away here!) then turned in early...................

Nibs, what a large variety of wildlife you have up there, I remember seeing a porcupine in PA when I lived up there, I think I remember seeing babies too...............sweet!! Just don't touch, right!? Sounds like you had a marvelous day!!

LUV and Greenie, you sound good too, you and your "chat games", have to go on there again, haven't been since around Christmas!! Don't have time, frankly~

Good morning all,
Happy Monday, I like Mondays better that Sundays. Sundays were always the day I drank too much and then had to decide if I would be too hung over to go to work on Monday. Yuk, I hate hangovers and I've had some doozies. Grn Eyes, you said it I think, life is so much easier af.
Worked out so much this weekend, getting ready for a thriathlon May 10. Up to the mountains to bike, got to my friends house and it was snowing like crazy. Went to a spin class instead.
Have substitute teaching jobs lined for the week. Today the school is just 3 blocks away, where my kids went to school a million years ago.
cowgal, I'll jump into my little ole lear jet and come down there and ride with you. Haven't been on a horse for many years.
And wow would I love to see a porcupine, especially a baby porcupine. Live in a city so not much wildlife although we often have roadrunners running around the roof of our house!!
So glad y'all are here for me. This morning staying af seems pretty easy but boy does that come and go. Know when I get home from work today that nagging "you deserve a drink" voice is gonna bite me. Maybe I should take some antabuse this morning...sounds like a plan.

Sped you sound so good and I am so glad you are here. I always think I will be AF for the day until 4 oclock hits...then I will think I will just have one glass...UH..NEVER have I only had one though. AA helps those urges or getting on here. So keep coming back.....
