    One Step at a Time - October 2013

    So to everyone out there. Yeah the thing with me and K9 it just did sort of happen. We were friends and talked a lot. And I have no idea why but we fell for each other. I have no idea how or why it happened. It just did. Why do birds chirp in the morning? I have no idea. But I love that they do. K9 is someone that I want for the rest of my life. She makes me smile and gives my life that extra something I can't explain. I know it might not make a lot sense to people. But it makes sense to me. I am so glad for this place and for everyone here. Sometimes life makes no sense. And someone comes into it and than it finally does.

          K9 I am happy for you, it does make a difference to share.
          FT
          AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
          As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

            Sounds like everybody is doing pretty well. I'm just checking in before I crawl into bed with my tea and a good book. Our puppy is already curled up waiting for me.

              Dottie, is the weather gloomy or are you just feeling down? A work out at the gym always makes me feel better. It's. hard getting started but I feel good after. Hope tomorrow is better.

              It's still to warm here to use my crock pot, I'm still using the BBQ and loving it!

                Hello everyone.

                Hope that Mama is having a good business trip.

                I'm really happy that we have some people that are happy & in love. :h

                FT has found someone. K9 and FD are happy. It's really nice to have someone that you care about & that care about you. :l

                Well - I skipped the gym today. :sulk: But, I'll be back tomorrow :boxer:. My new Kindle Fire arrived today. I have been babying mine along for a couple of months. Something is wrong with the USB port. I have been fiddling with the cable until it starts charging. It has finally got to the point that it barely charges. I use my kindle daily!!!! I even listen to audiobooks at night when I sleep. I have a HARD time sleeping if I don't use it. But, luckily I had some points saved up that I was able to put towards a new kindle. Whew!

                So, I'm charging the new one & going to get my current books loaded and I'll be all set.

                I lauged at Kradle and the Mrs. Robinson remark. Do you remember that movie? "Mrs. Robinson, are you trying to seduce me?" Great movie.

                K9 - glad that today was a better day or Sierra. And yes - I'm still TTDP. (See I've changed it from F to D :H)

                    Awww...isn't he the sweetest? I'm not a fan of being mushy but for some reason I like it when he does it....funny how that happens huh? Lol

                        FD such a sweet post:h. K9 and FD, do you guys live close to each other? Did you meet on this site? Sorry to be nosy but everybody loves a love story.

                        I'm off today. Gotta take Lucy to the vet in a bit. Just her routine shots and stuff. So exhausting because she's so nervous and we have to wait so long! I'm hoping my son will come with me today. Then it's on the treadmill for a little run.

                            Hi Liz!

                            So you have a Lucy dog too huh? Mine is short for Lucifer because that dog is a demon on wheels. LOL

                            To answer your question, FD and I met here on this site, probably about a year and half ago or so. We connected right away and talked a lot outside of here. Anyway, it just led to us becoming really close. Unfortunately we do not live close to each other, but I'm sure he won't mind moving. :H

                            Mama - Hope you're trip is going well...I know you are eating well!! Check in and let us know...I think you're back home today?

                              Morning all,
                              Yucky, rain and storme here in Ohio. Good day to stay in. My dining room is still filled with stuff from my folks house that I have not had time to wade through...it is so hard...bad summer with all that.....I am glad it is over so I can move on and look at my own stuff now. Hard to know what to do when I have no kids or siblings....some charity will be very fortunate.

                                Hey everybody yuck y blah mood today, I'm probly just tired from the workweek plus I started to exercise again who knows, I hate days like this usually I can shake it off but it's sticking had baby louie for a bit he always cheers me up but I was happy when his daddy got him today, plus I'm on my monthly gift(sorry ft and fd) now I understand p.m.s but staying down during almost the whole fricken thing ain't funmama posted a pic of some yummy looking Mexican food on fb I'm jealous! Anyways hope everyone's doing good
                                I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

                                Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!
