Busy, busy weekend. Ran the 5 k yesterday. It was pretty cold but a bunch of us ran and we had a really good time. Went to an authentic German Christmas market yesterday afternoon. Just really got us into the holiday mode. Such a lovely day! Today, party at church.
Still negotiating the offer on my in laws house and my daughter and future son in law put an offer in today on a town home! My head is spinning and not because of al!

Hello everyone. Slept in very late today and been busy ever since. Had some shopping that we had to do. Then Scott decided to get his hair cut. He has been growing it out for probably 5 years. So, I RUSHED him over to Supercuts before he could change his mind. :H It looks nice and now he doesn't have a long ponytail. He's busy packing right now.

Hey all,look at you Dottie 100 frieakin days that is amazing! ive followed you on your slips and slides happy that those are a thing of the past and you got your grip girlie,so proud of you!!!!!!! ugh everyone is sick,sick,sick over here,hubs,baby,Kell and thryre throwing up,very scary especially the baby i hope it passes fast and i hope i dont get it,hope everybody has a good monday

Nora, we had so much fun at the boat parade. It was really noisy ( I am not used to shrieking little girls) AND fireworks, but we had some laughs and relaxed with old friends and then watched football. I CANNOT believe Ohio State lost to Michigan State......but I still have Florida State to root for
got the tree up yesterday and then went to Nana's for dinner. Pop was comatose the entire time and Nana complained incessantly, but we all smiled and comforted her and listened. She is distraught over the expense of long term care and the level of care he is getting, etc, etc. It's just not a happy time for any of us and I am learning the art of PATience...somthing I have never had much of!!
So Nora,love, do you have a plan for Scott's time away? How you feeling?? Talk to us babe..we are here.
I cannot believe Scott has not had a hioarcut in 5 years. Bret goes every month.....he cannot stand his hair not being all neat and short

Thanks so much Nora, pauly and mama..it has been a rocky road to be sure but so glad I have made it 100 days and feel so darn good...
I tried to go back and read my older posts but couldn't find anything past September of this year..not sure what I did wrong so if someone could help me I would appreciate it.
Staying in today but will ventureout tomorrow to run the trains at the hospital lobby..hope dh and I are up to it...he is still coughing...bleh..

Hi Kids!

My computer keeps shutting down...I guess that means I have nothing important to say! I will have to read back and catch up...I totally "unplugged" this weekend, no email, no Facebook, no MWO....(I did watch Netflix though)....so now I have a lot to catch up on.

FT - Let's kick Uncle Nick's ass together ok?? I think I am on day 8. I will have to check on my counter to see for sure.

What other good series are there? I know I've asked a million times. Nothing spooky though.

I'm on day 3 booze free and started Antabuse yesterday. (I know a few are on it here)
A part if me thinks I'm crazy to finally quit during the busiest drinking season, but I honestly do not want to spend another Christmas drunk or hungover. I'm just trying to make peace with it in my head at the moment.
