Know all about those days unfortunately- been having a few meself. Dunno what to say other than it does good to let it out- putting it out there somehow seems to ease things a bit.

What's this spray of which ye speak, Satz? Is it vit D? Do ye find it makes a difference? If so, where do ye get it?

:H SweetPea... kinda need an ice pick for mucking right now. I was just out there... water in the insulated and heated bathroom (in the barn) is absent... water in the barn aisle still running... go figure that one out.
